At BeyondGlo, we take quality seriously. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a strict No Return, No Refund, and No Cancellation policy.

1. No Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
  • If there is a payment issue or error, please contact us within 1 hour for corrections.

2. No Returns

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept product returns.
  • Please check all product details before placing your order.

3. No Refunds

  • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted.

4. Replacement Policy (For Damaged/Wrong Products Only)

We only offer replacements in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product upon arrival

To request a replacement:

  • Email us within 24 hours of delivery at support@beyondgloofficial.in with your order details and images of the product.
  • The replacement product will be delivered to the customer within 7-10 days from the date the replacement request is approved.
