At BeyondGlo, we take quality seriously. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a strict No Return, No Refund, and No Cancellation policy.
1. No Cancellations
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
- If there is a payment issue or error, please contact us within 1 hour for corrections.
2. No Returns
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept product returns.
- Please check all product details before placing your order.
3. No Refunds
- All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted.
4. Replacement Policy (For Damaged/Wrong Products Only)
We only offer replacements in the following cases:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product upon arrival
To request a replacement:
- Email us within 24 hours of delivery at support@beyondgloofficial.in with your order details and images of the product.
- The replacement product will be delivered to the customer within 7-10 days from the date the replacement request is approved.
