• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

3. Payments

• We accept online payments via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, and Net Banking.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently unavailable.

4. No Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At BeyondGlo, we take quality seriously. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or offer refunds.

1. No Cancellations:

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
• If you made a payment error, contact us within 1 hour for corrections.

2. No Returns:

• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept product returns.

3. No Refunds:

• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted.
• Refunds will only be issued in cases of damaged or defective products.

4. Replacement Policy (For Damaged/Wrong Products Only):
We only offer replacements in case of:

• Wrong product received
• Damaged product upon arrival
